Epicurean Nights launched its Winter series in February 2018 in a state-of-the-art music venue in Williamsburg for an exceptional evening of winter vibes which menu was designed by Chef Patrick Connolly, Rider, James Beard award winner and Special culinary guest Frederic Robert, Pastry Chef Peninsula New York.

Performances by Yuka Honda - multi-instrumentalist composer, record producer and co-founder of the band Cibo Matto; Anthony Roth Costanzo,  Countertenor Opera singer; Stéphane San Juan, Drummer, percussionist and singer and Special Guest  Dancer, Choreographer, Or.

Visual arts by Eric Epstein and scent diffusion by Air Aroma. 


The Hamptons

For a few nights only, 12 lucky guests per night experienced an immersive multi-sensory gastronomic journey twenty thousand leagues under the sea up to the stars in a Hamptons hidden venue.


Epicurean nights created an intimate setting to discover the secrets of the bottom of the ocean on its culinary vessel from Caviar to Lobster, immersing the guests in a 5-courses gastronomic menu created by Chef Frederic Robert paired with Champagnes and Burgundy wines from Maisons & Domaines Henriot.

Original music composed and performed by Yuka C. Honda and Devin Hoff, video projections and scents diffusion. 


New York - Chicago - Los Angeles

Epicurean Nights curated 3 special evenings, From Darkness to Light for Champagne Henriot, in honor to their new prestigious cuvee, Hemera. The tour started in New York at National Sawdust for a very special evening - menu by Chef Frederic Robert, musical artistic direction by Melanie Genin, music composed by Ricardo Romaneiro and visuals by Mau Ceppi.
Sound, visuals, aromas... every element was especially curated and showcased while the audience was enjoying the different Champagnes served during the evening.

The experience then toured to Chicago and Los Angeles for private intimate multi sensorial dinning experiences.


St Tropez - Provence

We collaborated with Garnier USA onto an immersive multi-sensorial travelling experience in Provence.

Throughout a 3 days customized itinerary in the rolling hills of southern France, blooming with fresh spring flowers, we partnered to build a sensorial and educational program for a group of beauty influencers. From visiting local places and markets, making tailored fragrances in Grasse, savoring picnic in a flower field, wine, gourmet oils and edible flowers tasting in the heart of a St Tropez vineyards, to an immersive truffle & flower dinner in the countryside.

An unforgettable trip through the senses and beauties of Provence combining intense culinary pleasure and multi-sensorial experiences.
